Very obliging initially but the fitting damage and the after sales service left a lot to be desired. Nothing was ever their fault, it was always someone else's.!!!!!!!!

This is without question the worst retailer I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. We spent thousands with CJ carpets, and within a couple of weeks we noticed an issue with the flooring.
