Not helpfull at all. Rude staff when all I wanted was help in accessing my account. Given a phone number and told will not help further than that. I am Someone with a strong stutter, phone calls are impossible. Thanks for nothing.

Another disappointing visit to Santander (our bank) Nothing is easy and there is no flexibility by staff. Changing old coins and notes must be done via the Cashier (no Cashier available) Other banks will just exchange them and they did. Thanks again
