Appalling service... No wonder banks want to close branches. The receptionist purposely ignored clients to them shoo them away. Simple queries take way too long... Cashing in or out shouldn't take 10-15 min per person. They rather walk away from their desk and talk then doing the work. I'm currently waiting and I can count... read full comment
