Absolutely disgraceful customer service from Karthik, clearly display that you are a pay point, one of which I have used multiple times to deposit cash into my Monzo account, the last time was around 10 days ago. Meant to be a Yodel drop off point and 3 times now I have had wasted journeys to drop off my parcels! Once the label machine not working to print out my label for the parcel, they had no idea when this would be sorted out. Second time their scanning machine kept timing out so again couldn't print the label for my parcel.... read full comment
