The worst. Relying too heavily on AI/algorithms to reach decisions inevitably results in errors. I closed my bank account as I wasn't happy with the service. Barclays sent business emails related to my employer to my private email address, mixing up my private bank account with business bank account where I work. Had 2 currencies bank account. Updated my address last year but bank sent letter to my old address (why?!)... read full comment
