Staff were absolutely lovely in Costa. Very energetic and says hello to everyone that comes in.The reason for the 2 stars is Greggs. 9am I went in to grab a chicken bake (Don't Judge) and it was absolutely stone cold and stale even tho they are advertised as hot and crispy. Greggs food is cold and very expensive considering its not even a motorway service station sort the heater out and bring prices down

Nice services and good choice of food. Toilets needed cleaning though.
