Excellent customer service. They go above and beyond to please , and polite and sympathetic to their customers. They will keep my custom.

Had to wait nearly an hour to be given part of my prescription and be charged in full! Was not told they didn't have it all, I only realised when leaving. Requested a refund so I could get it from elsewhere to be told that was not possible. Was told there was enough medication to last 3 days when the rest would come available... read full comment

Absolutely uselessFriend collected prescriptions, which were ordered a week ago, he had to wait 30 minutes as not prepared. I’d also ordered repeat Paracetamol which was ordered on the 13 January, they missed those off!!!
