Waited over 30 minutes with about 6 people on front of me. The staff were slow and seemingly incompetent. Then the salad is only half full, without the correct amount of ingredients. Barcode would not scan for my reward offers. Would not honour even though showed proof. Very unhelpful staff! After all of this is walked out & went to Greggs!

I cannot believe what a let down this place is now. Half the menu is blanked off, the drinks dispenser isn't working, downstairs toilet is out of order and the sandwich filling looked stale and very unappetising. We decided to leave and not risk it as the place wasn't very clean either. Needs sorting out!
