Bought some Dewalt Aspen trousers as a Christmas present, unfortunately we bought the wrong size. The trousers were unworn with tags stickers etc... still attached but because we'd gone slightly over the 30 days they wouldn't exchange them for the correct size. I appreciate there's rules etc... but we didn't want a refund...

As a regular customer at your Scunthorpe branch on Mannaberg way I always leave the store feeling very satisfied. This is mainly due to the excellent customer service I receive from all members of staff that work there. Whilst remaining professional at all times they are very friendly & can't do enough to help.
