I went in to try and move some money from my account that didn’t have a card linked to it. Was really rude and told me to do it myself and offered no assistance at all. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

Just switched to the Nationwide and this was my first visit to the branch. Very friendly staff. The young man help me with everything i needed. Mission complete in minutes. Well done to all.
