Absolutely appalling visit to the cafe for Mother’s Day lunch today. Total chaos and really disappointing. Dishwasher wasn’t working (for weeks now apparently) so paper cups for everyone. No decaf coffee- run out apparently plus loads of things off the menu. Waited 40 minutes for our food and loads of later customers... read full comment

Called for a coffee. Don’t bother. There dishwasher is out of order. They are serving coffee in paper cups. Well serving hot water and awful coffee

Well M&S have gone modern, no customer service, no choice but to use the self serving payment method, no proper cups, now paper cups, going the McDonald's way, I suppose I'm a dinosaur set in my ways, disappointed.
