Absolute scum and the most fraudulent bank you'd find. Avoid at all costs.

As a Barclays customer for 24 years I can honestly say the company is a farce. You can't do anything in branch, it's open 4 days a week and shuts at 3pm. The staff are rude and a blonde lady staff member has been so rude to a little old man that needed help. Do not open an account here.

I’ve had a Barclays account for 16 years now, however this was my first time visiting this specific branch after moving into the area. I visited mid morning on a Friday and it wasn’t too busy, only had to queue for a few minutes and the gentleman who dealt with my query was very friendly, helpful and we had a good laugh... read full comment
