Hotel is nice enough, what disappointed me most was the service in the Lounge. We went for dinner there (2 adults, 2 kids) and I was not impressed with the service. Lovely two night break. A slight mix up over the bill at checkout was resolved very quickly and without any question. One very slight drawback is that the spa and pool are not within the hotel, but in the grounds, a short walk away. Not ideal in inclement weather.
