DON'T CALL THE NUMBERI called the phone number and was charged 55p for a 4 second call.

Can’t believe the office is only open for two hours. Traffic meant I was one minute late. Could see the guy behind the counter but would not let me in. You are a public service and should work around us the customer not the other way round. Disgusting service!!!!
