I bought a vape and It didn't work. I asked for a replacement. I was rudely told it wasn't their problem and they wouldn't replace it

They are supposed to be a collect + return center, dont bother as they will not accept parcels because they have no room for them, bring it back another day was the response I got, will never use them again, will try somewhere that would actually like to help!

Bad service only let 1 person in at a time and was asked if I had anything in my pockets at the checkout do not recommend
