My mum and auntie went into this boots while away on saturday 22nd March. Asked a member of staff where the hot water bottles was as my mum came down with a really bad chest infection and was unwell. Member of staff just pointed, didn't offer to take them over or fetch as my mum struggles to walk and walks with a frame.... read full comment
