Waited at the drive through speaker for over 5 minutes after being told they will be with me in a second. There was no other cars in front of me. Staff member wasn’t very friendly and pulled a face when we asked for a pup cup and then after walking off told me it would be 70p for a bit of cream in a cup! Happy to pay... read full comment
