If I could put zero stars I would.\\nThe opening times ARE A JOKE. Shocking! You can really see where NatWest's interests are when a bank offering business banking opens at 9.30am (when most working people are at work) and closes at 2.30pm (when, yep you guessed it, most working people are still at work). Staff are not bothered either so I'm not sure why the place is still open\\n\\nAwful.

I can't fault the staff at the NatWest branch in louth.i took in alot of shrapnel coinage.the lady who served me was welcoming and I had service with a smile.top marks.
