Wait to be served in the shop was unacceptable especially when you can hear men in the back having a right old conversation. Left 1 poor lady to serve 5 customers, and at lunchtime too! I ghad to leave, so they missed a sale.

Very slow food service, breakfast deal, sausage skins where not cooked had to remove skin both of us left the skin. Nobody behind counter when leaving so didn’t complain, MAJOR drop in food standard and service won’t be using again
