Staff are so rude and mardy as a trade they did not want to help I walked out in the end and went to toolstation sorry not good when your in retail

I’ve never met such an unhelpful person, with such a lack of customer service. Apparently “look on the screen it’s like Argos” is an acceptable solution to our query. B&Q here we come
