I would not go back to this store. Went in yesterday to return a charm which had a manufacturer fault and we explain to the assistant Abbi about how the charm is hanging up side down and weather on a bracelet or necklace it wound not sit up right, she just looked at me and said it sit upright with other charms round it, not what I want to hear when I want to wear it by it's self. She would not exchange it for another charm, she just went it's out of it return date not the fact it's not sitting up right, so I wasted trip which in total was a 50 mile round trip as we don't live near the town. Contacted pandora them self's explained about the charm and they could not be more helpful in offering a replacement or a refund. This store staff always treat people in an unfriendly manner even when going in to look round, they treat you has if they are better than you. Never have this problem at other stores who are much more friendly.

The 2 assistants could not have been more helpful over the last couple of days with everything sorted. What I would suggest for Pandora's website is stop indicating that your safety chains are compatible with your bracelets when clearly not!

Horrible place to shop, ex partner and my daughter went in today when there was no queue. Asked about a charm and was told where they are and would be served soon. Was ignored while other customers were served. When she asked for help she was told to join the queue which was now all the way to the door. Suffice to say they left without buying anything.

My first ever visit to a Pandora shop, my son wanted ideas for Xmas and birthday so wasn't buying anything. Was served by a lovely young lady I think she was called Savannah tried a variety of jewellery on and said what charms I liked and she wrote them all down on a card for my son. She was lovely and I did end up buying a ring. So here starts my pandora journey.

I visited black Friday, wasn't the day I wanted to go into town as I knew they would be busy. I was sent the wrong product online and they exchanged no problem, I had a gem missing from one of my charms and that was sorted no problem and I obviously treated myself as well, the lady who served me was wonderful and made my visit very easy. Thank you ??

Went into store, very quiet no other customers in. Group of staff members gossiping. Came in with my mum. We didn?t need to browse knew exactly what we were getting totalling over £200. Had a list ready to go. But because my mum is disabled with a stick, and I was in my work clothes so didn?t have make up on we weren?t served. The blonde lady pretty much scoffed at us but made no attempt to serve us. We left.and travelled to a store with nicer staff who valued their customers who in turn deserve the money. The total in the end was closer to £300 because the service was so good we got talked into extras! Going to have some happy family members because of the meadowhall branch. Credit to the company. Unlike the lincoln staff.

Went on a saturday, was busy but quick service. Lovely range of products. Bought 3 lovely items and was served by Erin who was such an angel! So helpful and friendly, a credit to the store!
