Not good at all regarding parcels they can be 'lost' here and the Indian guy at the till (the manager?) doesn't care and gets aggressive with you.

Guy in the morning/afternoon is amazing and super helpful. The one later in the evening is no help. My parcel was stuck at this shop due to Evri (not their fault) but the evening colleague gave me no solution and told me to jog on. I come back at an earlier time and a different colleague helped me sort it straight away!
