I have used McColl's for a number of years but this last few months it has gone down hill . Two members off staff are lovley that is Sally and Michelle but the rest I find quite rude especially the manager . Absolutely awful! Don't bother trying to get your newspapers delivered! Paying for a service that is so inconsistent that its pointless, staff never answer the phone! They say they can't answer if theirs only 1 member of staff but I physically watched two members of staff ignore the phone when we tried ringing. Disgusting... read full comment
