Went into today supposed to have 20 % two girls on there phones couldn't be bothered so I walked out place is run down and cheaper online so where's the 20%...I can see why it's closing down staff not interested in sales

Terrible company customer services lie the company makes your order cancel after placed.... so you shop somewhere else... and then frasers reputs through your order even though ordered as been told by customer service and through frasers cancelling the order i would never recieve the items... Sadly not the same level of stock or choice that it used to have. I hadn't been for months, probably won't go back.
