Very judge mental not a good place to work as they mess you about they waised my time for 3 weeks before ending my contract for no reason made me feel like an absalute bellend

Absolutely shocking!.. started my training, had done nearly 3 days. A women called Claire came into the room to discuss some concerns with all 8 of us, she was so unprofessional in terms of her speech and actions, I wouldn't of thought she was a manager! I mentioned about if i was to be late as i am travelling from grimsby to lincoln, baring in mind my place of work would be in grimsby my home town. She then got another women called Laura to speak to us one by one. I got told that you can't be late as you are working with vulnerable people. I said I understood this and I wouldn't be late as my place of work would literally be around the corner from me, plus i haven't been late I was just mentioning the matter as I was travelling to Lincoln just for training. They said we can't take this risk and ended my training just like that! All for raising something to their attention. I was really unhappy. But then I thought more into it, basically they did me a favour, if they can act like that just in your training what would they be like if you actually worked for them. Never know anything like it! Also at the end of sessions you are to givve a review.. apparently your not aloud to give bad feedback, one girl got told. Well isn't that the whole point?
