Small shop. There is a parcel collection point. I handed over my parcel to them and they have already received it.

This store is registered to take DHL packages. I gave the size of my package and DHL directed me to drop it off at this store.However, as soon as I turned up, the staff were incredibly rude, ignorant and refused to take my parcel, despite it being within the stipulated parameters.
