Picked up a vinyl album. Was last copy Had a deep large crease on top left hand ,top side of cover. Asked if was last as had damage ,very unfriendly staff member. Enquired if would discout a little. A flat outright no. Company policy. HMV. I shop here a lot to support the local store. Will not return again.
