Whilst all the other shops were closed or empty, Abbys was busy! Tucked away in Abbygate we stumbled across this place and was NOT disappointed. Highly recommend this place. Food was great. They don't scrimp on the fillings on their sandwiches.
There are three tables outside for dogs.

Had a lovely lunch with my daughter, we were a walk in and no problem getting a table, have been using abbies for many years and the quality of the food is delicious and reasonable priced.

Couldn’t find a fault! Excellent! 4 girls on a catch up 5.30 tea. Attentive waitress, brought water without having to be asked. 2 for 1 menu, excellent choice.Great price and not inflated because of the offer. Hot, tasty, 2 had moussaka which they said was excellent, I had fab ribs, meaty, not fatty, hot and tasty too.... read full comment
