Royal Mail is a joke these days a proper sham of a service they should be ashamed!!!

I have found the staff here exceptionally helpful in the collection office. I had a couple of missed deliveries which were my fault and they couldn't be more helpful and informative when I went to collect. Huge thank you to the team.
