Changed opening hours so anyone working 9-5 can’t get in. Always understaffed, staff that are about are unwilling to help and tell you to come back. They lack patience and the right resources to help anyone always palming them off to other branches. This used to be the best bank in town and now its just awful

Went into this so called bank to exchange 2 £10 notes for pound coins was told they would.nt do it as i did not bank with them..Will never walk in that place again..rude staff and very very unhelpfull.Zero stars from me..
