Don't trust a thing they tell you. Waiting on 4 items my doctor issued, the person that picks up my prescription for me called to let me know the pharmacy told her they only had 2 and had to order them. I called the gp to find out what went wrong and was told that they had issued 5 items at 9:33. I called the pharmacy back... read full comment

I would rate -0 stars if I could.Absolute useless chemist and receptionists! Asked for a emergency prescription for my under 5 month old little boy 4 days ago, to be promised it would be there the next day, to then go in store and its not there then to be promised it would be there the day after and then again its not... read full comment

Brilliant lovely staff, medication is always ready and have excellent customer service skills. Unfortunately they need to try answer the phone more it’s very annoying when you are trying to get an urgent message across to them. ? I have rang 7 times in a row and nobody will pick the phone up!!
