Friendly staff, so 1 star. Unable to unlock a Bank of Scotland card despite BOS being part of the Lloyds group. Advised to try Hull, Scunthorpe or Grimsby. Disappointed at this level of service.

No fault of the staff I may add, but this bank has no counter. It's basically some cash machines with a roof. Couldn't even get any change and suggested I try the post office. (Who may I add wouldn't help me either, so had to make a 20 mile round trip to the next town) Not sure this fits the description of a bank!

Just moved into the area, visited three times and always had a good greeting and the two staff members were very helpful and assisted with my enquiries. I have been with Lloyds for 51 years and they have always been supportive. Speak as you find I guess !
