Friendly staff. But, absolutely disgusting that they charged my wife £20 to fix a puncture (new tube so a 1 minute job) on our twins pram. I used to work in the bike trade, so I know a little about pricing and these situations, they’ve definitely taken her for a ride! Extortion comes to mind!!

Such a great shop, they have everything here, could spend hours just browsing around.
