Front of house staff were friendly and helpful but the optician was abrupt and dismissive. Whilst his advice was professional and helpful the delivery was unnecessarily curt.

I can thoroughly recommend Specsavers at Bourne. Natalie, the lady optician there, is absolutely first class. She has looked after my vision for several years and always exceeds my expectations in terms of professionalism, attention to detail and honesty.
