Don’t use this company!I send a parcel on 11 of December 2023, to Eastern Europe still not delivered and there is no information about my package at all, supposed to be delivered between 3-6 working days but still nothing…. Thanks Royal Mail worsts company ever!!!AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS !!!

Lost my parcel after attempting to deliver it twice (not on the day I arranged re-delivery for), phoned customer services and waited over 90 minutes to speak to someone, only to be told they'll need to open an investigation and I'll hear back in a couple of weeks.
