Always have an issue with the female staff, either don’t know what to do and/or rude at the same time.Amazingly the parcel delivery machine is always broken, I wonder why.Not a very nice shopping experience at all

Shop is pleasant and well stocked but the member of staff I dealt with (older guy with a bald head) was awful. I asked for help using the Evri parcel return system and he was unbelievably rude and when I tried to show him the instructions sent from Amazon he said he didn’t care what the instructions said.
