Extremely rude and unhelpful staff who seem to make their own rules up as they like.Went to pick up a couple of parcels on behalf of a friend. Went to collect an item from this store, very rude staff and refused to give an item I had paid for after their error as they did not scan the item when it arrived a few days before. Thankfully managed to resolve the issue with the provider but will be never setting foot in this store again.
