Turned up at 17.40 to shop needed the ladies loo. Cleaner was in there blocking the door whilst cleaning so waited patiently outside. When she finished she came out and locked the door. Making sure I could not use the toilet. She could see I was waiting patiently. She didn't lock the mens toilet though and no out of order... read full comment
