Lovely pub with a nice atmosphere. Food & drinks very reasonable. Food very tasty, nice to find a pub with good wholesome food, and not a gastro-pub.

Pleasant and unexpected stop due to sudden need for a coffee by a friend. Any 'shires' pub with old architecture and lush greenery growing over at least half of the structure is attractive anyway, so that's a win.
