Smart shop shelf was empty. At the checkout Nectar card not recognised. Staff apologised and requested to go to customer service. The terrible experience starts. A delightful shopping experience was had, with staff who were both cheerful and eager to assist. Sainsbury's, along with the Wolverhampton location, truly excels in this regard.

Very limited selection, what there was poorly stocked. Probably the most 'unfortunate' Sainsbury's I've visited.
