One of the most horrible places I have ever worked - philosophy of Santander was to squeeze every drop out of it's staff members without much care for balance, or staff well-being. The bank may be fine but they employ contractors like ISS who pay their staff when they feel like it. And get a kick out of making them beg for their money.
