Opened an account a few days ago. Been struggling to get onto my online banking. Keep calling, takes agest to speak to a real person, then the phone cuts off before speaking to anyone! Just managed to speak to someone and call cuts off before I got the help I needed!

Shocking. Can not speak to a person on the phone - going round and round with the digital questioning to finally being passed over to speak to a person but to listening to music only to be cut off in seconds.
