Lovely staff in this branch but I'm very disappointed in the fact they close Saturday. My children have accounts here and wanted to go into branch on Saturday to pay money in. I am in the process of opening them alternative accounts at the Melton Mowbray building society who open on Saturday mornings.

We went in with a problem to do with our credit card that was very worrying.Samantha and the girls behind the counter were absolutely fabulous. Sorted our problem out, super friendly and cheerful.Thanks girls.Pete

Fantastic branch as the staff cannot do enough for you HOWEVER why are your branches still only open 10am - 2pm when everything else is getting back to normal. I never understood why branches had to change opening hours anyway. Understand the social distancing in the branches and the queueing system but why the change in...
