For a well known high street bank I can't believe I am writing this review but here it is anyway.After helping my elderly mother setup internet banking so she can manage her money better she was then bombarded with alerts from the Lloyd's fraud team asking to call them. It would be a good bank if they didn't open at 9am and shut at 3pm. I am not sure if they are using Covid as an excuse to work part time, but customers who work full time need to use the bank too, especially when running a business.
