I've given this pharmacy a 1 star six years ago, but unfortunately, it seems they're content with mediocrity. Great service from the Pharmacist Helen and the staff at the chemist.Couldn’t get a doctors appointment from Ratby Surgery for my daughter for over 2 weeks so they referred to chemist. Always seem massively under pressure dispensing advice and prescriptions, and recent moves to push load from GPs to pharmacists must just be adding to that! Appreciate the time Mark and colleagues gave today to give advice and guidance about my daughter's Erythromycin challenges while juggling prescriptions & more!
