The staff here are great, excellent customer service. Problem is the new, restricted opening! Being closed on Monday makes no sense to me, especially as it's closed on Wednesdays already! Since the closure of this branch two days a week waiting times have been ridiculous.On two visits I have had to leave because my parking time has been up before I was served. It’s very disappointing and many other people are saying the same.
