Opening hours are rubbishTried phoning but you have to talk to a machine for 10mins and then don't get to speak to anyone.I was trying to inform them of a post box overflowing, might as well save my time and effort.

Conflicting information on Google about opening times. Wasted visit to pick up urgent parcel as only open for 2 hours and a minimum 2 days waiting for postage. No wonder people are opting for other services like Evri. Royal Mail is archaic.
