As it was a busy Costa, tables were left with trays with cups and nowhere to move them to. The staff need to work on removing these so customers can sit at a clean table. Extremely noisy making conversation difficult. Also people with laptops and notebooks, appearing to be holding a business meeting does nothing to help the ambience. There are better cafés in the town.

Customer service is very poor indeed The manager is incompetent. They get the drink order wrong.
