Incredibly rude staff, who backtrack when they're in the wrong. Also extremely condescending. Was thinking of switching to Vodafone for a new phone contract, but I'll never use them after the experience I had.

Went to the Vodafone Loughborough store to sort a problem out with my phone and was served by Bhav the store manager and he was very helpful. Managed to get a better Sim Only deal then what I had before.
