Went to collect a prescription today for my holidays, no pharmacist there was told to go back on Monday. The assistant had the tablets in his hand but couldn’t give them to me. What an absolute joke, no wonder the NHS is on its knees.

Very rude customer service, asked for assistance and was spoken to very bluntly. Would not recommend. Boots is down the street and they are a lot better with their customers.
